All trainee technicians will have a structured training plan for the first month, the first week of which will be based at our Technical Training Centre in Chesterfield. You will learn all of the company processes and collect your equipment, vehicle and corporate uniform. The remaining three weeks will be with our field trainers in a live environment carrying out on the job training.
Technicians with previous experience will undergo a shorter induction at our training centre in Chesterfield, followed by a short time out on the road with a field trainer to bring you up to speed with the company processes and procedures.
We will support you with ongoing training and development in the role whether you are a trainee or a skilled technician to help you develop your career with the company.
Contact centre advisors receive an intensive two-week training programme, followed by one week with a trainer answering live calls.
