Celebrating our heroes

Company Heroes is a peer-nominated scheme designed to celebrate individual success across the business. Each win a £30 One4All voucher, and feature in posters and the internal magazine, Messenger.

We Motiv8

We’re keen to encourage our people to make a difference outside the business too. Our CSR scheme ‘Motiv8’ has given nearly £4,000 in the past year to support employees at Auto Windscreens and Markerstudy Group undertaking charitable or community activities.

Listening to Bright Ideas

We are never ones to rest on our laurels and are always looking for ways to improve the business, so encourage our staff to come up with ‘Bright Ideas’. Each quarter, £250 is awarded to the best idea and many have already been implemented, making Auto Windscreens a leaner, greener and better place to work!

Letting our hair down

We know how to have a good time! Our Festival, Christmas parties and annual ‘Markerstudy Day’ celebrate everything good about our group of businesses, including Auto Windscreens, and ensure everyone is thanked for their hard work.
